Colorado Advanced Industries Investment Tax Credit
If your company is in one of the seven advanced industries(https://oedit.colorado.gov/industries), you can apply.
Investors can earn a state income tax credit of 25% of an investment in an advanced industries business, up to $100,000 in credits.
If the advanced industries business is located in a rural county or an Enterprise Zone, investors can earn a state income tax credit of 35% of their investment.
